DJI Osmo 4K media stutters in iMovie
“Hi there, just imported my first 4K videos from DJI Osmo to iMovie on my iMac and I’m finding that when I play them back they are choppy and jerky as if I’m watching a series of photos. Is there anything I can do to go through this issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.”

OK I was assuming that your iMac is not powerful enough to handle 4k footage. However, if you wish to edit DJI Osmo 4K files in iMovie on an old Mac, you may be able to down-convert the footage first and make it work. You can follow the instructions below to down-scale DJI Osmo 4K files to 1080p AIC for use in iMovie smoothly.
