Step 1: Run HD Video Converter as a professional Sony F55 XAVC Converter for Premiere Pro CS6. When its main interface comes up, click ‘Add File’ to load source video to it.
Step 2: Select output format for Premiere Pro CS6
1) If you are using Premiere Pro CS6 on a Mac, you can select ‘Apple ProRes 422 (*.mov)’ as output format under ‘Final Cut Pro’ column.
