It’s buggy to edit these FS7 XAVC footage in Avid, so we needed a third party program to convert the XAVC files to DNxHD .mov format for use in Avid Media Composer swimmingly. User Reviews on Video Converter
”I have used the software several times. So far it is working quite well. I am using a laptop with Windows 7 to do the conversion. I then transfer it to Avid for post production. The software is pretty easy to use. I have used others in a trial setting, but this was by far the best I found.” – Travis

“I like your software so far. It seems easy to use and I like all of the presets you have put into the software. Also, the tutorials you have your website have been a great deal of help. I shoot with a Sony F55 camera which records video files in XAVC MXF format. I use your converter to transcode the XAVC footage to DNxHD for editing in Avid on my iMac. So far, the software has been working great. Thanks.” – Fred
