Follow these steps:
Step 1: Start up HD Video Converter as the best HEVC Converter for Photoshop, and click ‘Add File’ to load your source files.
Step 2: Click “Profile” to select output format
To convert H.265/HEVC to 1080p H.264, simply select “HD Video” > “HD H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Video (*.mp4)” as tartget format.
To convert 4K H.265/HEVC to 4K H.264, simply select “4K Video” > “4K H.264/MPEG-4 AVC Video (*.mp4)” as output format.

Step 4: Click “Convert” to start HEVC/H.265 to Photoshop conversion.
